Dee is a retired U.S. Air Force Captain with over 20 years in the Federal Government. With over 13 years leading complex acquisitions, Dee has negotiated over $1B in federal contracts and managed programs with a total value over $7B. He earned an undergraduate degree from Charleston Southern University. He then went on to earn his MBA in Acquisition and Contract Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. Dedicated to a life of service, Dee combined his playing & coaching experience in sports with his expertise in leading contract negotiations to establish DREAM First Sports Agency.

Kyle, a former U.S. Air Force Captain, is a Managing Partner at Abide Capital Group and Board of Directors Member for Quest Community Development Corporation. Kyle oversees business development across all service lines in the Southeast, including acquisition, asset management, and development. He has led and managed major mixed-use, multifamily, and industrial projects, including a $6B development project in Chicago. He earned his Bachelors from Howard University and went on to earn his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Carlee is a North Carolina State University graduate, earning her Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. She served as Director of Social Media and Marketing, engaging with corporate brands to secure brand deals and sponsorships for athletes and also creating graphics that led to an increase in followers, likes, and engagement. In addition to graphics and marketing, Carlee supports On Location, delivering high-end, personalized experiences at major entertainment events.
